  1. There are six forts in my district, three in Larkfield, two in Derrycassan, and one in Mullinroe. People say the Danes made the forts.
    There is a black cat seen in Mullinroe fort.
    I heard that he is minding gold.
    No people ever interfere with forts when ploughing or planting crops.
    There are stone walls around the forts, and there are trees growing in them.
    They are situated about one mile from each other.
    Fairy people were supposed to live in them. There is a gate on each fort.
