- One of our fields is called Press Field because Jack Preston was the man who owned it. There is a pool in that field and it is called the Pump Snel, because the water from the Pump is flowing in to it. There is a gate gowing into our field and it is called Gath’s Gate, because there was a man named Tom Gatha who was living there. Beside our farm there is a monument which fell and the field which is beside it, is called the Monument field.
