  1. People get married on Wednesdays and Sundays. No one gets married on Tuesdays because it is an old tradition that there is some certain Tuesday in the year that is unlucky and people are afraid that they would chance on that Tuesday. People like to get married on a fine day because it is said that if a person got married on a wet day he would be always crying.
    In olden times when people got married they would have a croud of people at the wedding and forty or fifty horses and each horse carrying two people.
