  1. One night a man was going home from his Ceilidhe and he had to cross fields in Corfad near here. Suddenly he saw a crowd of little men kicking football. They kicked the ball up to him and told him to kick it. He did so and they kept him playing all night till he fell down tired out and fell asleep.
    In the morning he went home but felt sick. He never left his bed after that till he died in about a half year afterwards.
