    and scrap are melted down and made into various implements required for farming purposes etc. has now been opened in the premises previously used for the Gasworks. The Foundry employs more men and boys than were needed for the Gasworks.
    As electricity is much better and cleaner than has for most purposes the change over has been a great improvement to the town of Letterkenny and should assist progress in starting up more industries.
