  1. Andrew McGarvey, Cloughantree, Ramelton was a strong man. Once he went for the loan of a plough and instead of bringing a horse an cart he slung the plough on his back along with two swingtrees which he carried under his arm.
    He was a neat man and had a good house with a slate roof. He had a farm of good land and he had two horses. He was a poor man. He lived about one mile from Ramelton. He was about six feet in height. The house was a fairly large one. This happened about fifty years ago.
