  1. St Stephens Day On St Stephens Day a crowd of boys and sometimes men gather together, and cover their faces with cloth and then they go around from house to house gathering money to bury the wren and any person that would bury the wren outside that person's door.
    St Brigid's Day. On St Brigid's Day people make a cros's and put it up on the ceiling in honour of that day.
    St Patricks Day On St Patrick's Day people wear Shamrock and long ago people used go to a public house, and get drunk, and then they said that they were drowning the shamrock.
    Shrove Tuesday On Shrove Tuesday people make pancake's and they put a ring in them.
    Chalk Sunday On Chalk Sunday people buy chalk, and put crosses of it on the people that are not married.
    May Day On the day before May Day people put up a May bush, and they put egg shells on the bush, and it is said that people who get up and
