  1. An old woman who lived in this parish had magic power. She did not like to see people getting rich. One day she saw a boy picking fruit in a garden, and she told him to follow her. She brought him to her house, and she gave him a poisonous apple to eat. He took it and she ate one half and he ate the other. There was one half of the apple more poisoned than the other and she ate it and it killed her.
