  1. There was a boy one time who met a priest and the priest asked him could he say the Litany and the boy said "no." The priest said, "If you know it in a year I will give you a pound. So the boy learned the litany and met the priest in twelve months time. The priest asked him to say it and he said it right down as far as, "Lamb of God who takest away the sins of the world. The boy said "Sheep of god who takest away the sins of the world." "Now" said the priest, "You don't know the litany and the boy" "What was a lamb last year is a sheep this year."
