    were minding it so that any one would not be allowed cross the bridge.
    There was a great snowfall about fifty years ago in the month of May. It was ten feet high and any animal or person could not travel. They could not find the sheep and they had to carry big sticks to drive them through the snow.
    People suffered a lot in those days and animals, too. They had to get throw out of the ticks and give it to the cows, and they had to boil the snow for water.
