  1. There was a man there long ago. One morning he went to Curra mountain for sheep to shear. When he came near the blessed well which is called Tobar Shéanáin he saw a man with a habit on him near the well and a coffin beside him. he was very frightened and he ran home and about three days after he went and told his parish Priest and he said that is was the Saint of the well.
