  1. Tá dhá thobar beannuigh ar an mbaile. Tobar an oileán agus tobar na haithe leacach. Tugann daoine cuairt orrab san Samhradh. Má bhíonn aon tuireas orrab gheobhfadh siad beiseach. Tháínig fear go dtí ceann aca fadó agus bhí a chois ag crapadh (?) agus nigh sé a chois sa tobar agus nuair a déírigh sé ar maidin bhí a cos go maith. Nuair a théigheann siad tar an tobar caitheann siad rud éígin san tobar. Caitheann sé craipí nó pingineacha ann. Caitheann siad tairnigh nó páidrín agus go leór rudaí eile le taobh an tobair. Ní bhíonn aon iasc san tobar.
