    Corns come generally on the toes and a corn-plaster is used to draw out the corn. To cure welts you must pare away the welt with a blade. You also pare bunnians to get rid of them.
    There are four shoe-makers in our town and they make boots, shoes, brógs, (heavy boots) and clogs, and they also mend boots, and shoes for the people.
