    Easter Sunday and on Christmas Day. Every Christmas Day we have a turkey, a ham, and a leg of mutton for our dinner and after that we have a plum pudding and sauce to put over it and after the dinner the people pull Christmas Crackers. In some parts of the country the people have a Midnight Mass and in other parts the people have Mass at six o'clock in the morning and they have many Masses afterwards too.
