  1. Long ago people ate three meals a day which were, breakfast at nine o'clock, dinner at one o'clock and supper at six o'clock. The breakfast and supper consisted of porridge and the dinner of potatoes. People used to drink cow's milk and goat's milk. The bread used was made of whole-flour and water.
