    There is another holy well in Ballintubber which St. Patrick visited on his way to Chroagh Patrick.
    The track of his knee is beside the well where he knelt down to pray. St. Patrick baptised people at these wells. BL

  2. There are the ruins of a castle in Kenturk which was known as Grainne Uaille's castle. The hanging stone is still pointed out.
