Food in Olden Times

In olden times people had two meals a day, the breakfast and dinner. The breakfast was eaten in the morning and the dinner at mid-day. The meals consisted of porridge and bread in the morning and potatoes and milk at dinner time. The bread was made of oat meal and water. Meat was eaten sometimes
