    a half an hour.The butter is taken out of the churn with two little spaded or with the hands.The butter is washed three times and then salted.
    The butter-milk is then taken out of the Churn and put into a can.It is used for the person to drink ,and it is used also for the pigs.The Churn is washed again and left up.
