Cures 24-3-'38 In olden times the people used to have a lot of quear cures for pains and other diseases also namely when you kill a Fox to take out his tongue and save it and it is supposed to be good to take out a thorn.And it is also supposed that if you had the whooping cough if you met a man with a white horse and to ask him what would cure the whooping cough and the man would say some words .The cure for cuts in olden times was a dirty cobweb to stop the bleeding.
