  1. Since I first remember tramps have been coming to our house. They mostly all come from the Ardara district. There are the Boyles the O'Rourkes the Dohertys and many others. When they come to the house they do not ask for lodgings but they come with things to sell. They sell suits, trousers, shirts, dresses, mats, tins, mops, pictures, combs, glasses and campher. The people buy these things and then the tramp praises
