  1. People call the leprechaun by different names. Some people call him "Red Cap", and others call him "The Little Red Man". He has to mend the fairies' shoes.
    He wears a red cap and coat, and a green trousers. His shoes are pointed. It is very hard to get the gold from him. There are different stories written about him. The old people tell many stories about him also. The people say that if you go to the fort at midnight you might catch him. They say that the one night he is seen is Hallow Eve.
