    Dear Sir,
    I regret that the goods you sent to me this mooring are altogether unsuitable and I am returning them.
    The coat was by far too light both in hue and weight and the sleeves were about two inches short. With regard to the shoes they also were too light and I require a heavy shoe for walking in. They were only size four while I need size five at least so as to have comfort
