Here is the way to play king ball. Get as many boys as you can and a small ball and then the boys forma big ring. Then a boy puts the ball in his fists and throws it to any boy. If any boy lets the ball fall he is "on." When one boy is left without being caught he is the King. The boys in Dalkey play this game all the year round.
