  1. Around our district the people all have churns of their own. The churn that we use is turned with a handle and this churn is two feet high and the top and bottom are the same width, five feet in circumference the middle if it measures five and a half, and its age is about twenty-five years.
    This churn is on a stand and the stand is two feet high, but the stand and the churn cannot be separated. On the lid there is a round hole about the size of a pocket watch with a glass covering in it and though this can be seen when the milk is churned
