  1. We buy all our flour in Buncrana in the Co-Operative store and we usually buy an eight stone bag of it at once which lasts us for about a fortnight. We always take it home in the cart. This flour is made in Swan's mill at the South-east end of Buncrana.
    My mother bakes the bread and it is called Home made bread or Scon bread. She bakes a scon each day and uses about two bowls of flour to make one scon .
