  1. In 1888 my father started school and there was only one teacher teaching the school namely Master Logue.
    There was only one room used for teaching but there was a kitchen attached and in this kitchen lived the master and his wife.
    Later they bought a farm from Pat McLaughlin of Trillick about a mile off and lived there. There is no record of when Master Hugh McLaughlin came to the school but he left in 1782. While teaching he
