    "CÚILÍN."
    The Cartadh is turned again in order to mix the stuff thoroughly together. A man is then got to mould it. In former days everyone was not able to mould and a man was got specially for the business called a "MOULDER." People had often to wait for him fo rover a week until their turn came. When the MOULDER is at work there is another man employed reaching the Cartadh to him with a shovel.
    It is moulded into sods about 8 inches high and the sods are placed in Rows after each other. They are left there for a certain time until they shrink with the weather. Then they are opened out from each other to dry.
    There is another kind of Hand Turf - called MÓIN LADHAIRE. It is
