    The seventh son of a family can cure ring-worm.
    To cure jaundice, in olden times the people used to use the sweet briar plant. They cut it up and mixed it, they boiled it and strained it and gave it to those who had the jaundice. Jack Mulery of Ballymahon cures it still.
