    Long ago when Ireland was disturbed by a bad tribe of people called the Danes, the priests were afraid to say mass because the Danes might come on them and kill them.
    One night a priest was coming through the woods and as he looked in the distance he saw a light in the woods. He thought that if he would go to the place that they might shelter him for the night. He went to the light and they people said they would shelter him for the night. They took him into a room and he had one of his shoes off his foot and
