    5. Long ago the people had tan-yards for tanning in. They had vats and they would fill them with water. They would then steep the hide in the vats and when they would take it out it was leather.
    6. Long ago the people would fish in brooks with instruments called "Cochals". The "Cochals" were made of rushes and set in the brook.
