    Once two boys from Carnakelly were going to Athenry and it was late at night.

    Once two boys from Carnakelly were going to Athenry and it was late at night. When they were going up at Esker cross they saw a white horse coming out across the bog. They did not mind for they taught that it could not jump the big drain that was at the side of the road, but to their surprise he jumped out over the drain.
