  1. People in the country depend a lot on weather signs. They say if there is a circle around the moon or streamers from the sun that there is going to be rain. When a rainbow appears in the sky there is supposed to be brittle weather. The north wind indicates frost the south rain and the west storm. The east or black wind as it is usually called, is cold and sharp and brings colds and flu's.
