- Once upon a time there was a man, with a saw, selling oranges on Letterhenny street. There came a crowd of boys round him. One boy said to the man, "give me an orange, sir," and the man said, "I cannot afford oranges for nothing."
The man was looking around him, and one boy said "I will take an orange out of the car," and another boy heard him, and he said "Well."
Then one of the boys took an orange and ran down the street and the man ran after him. And when the man came back, the oranges were all away and the boys were away too.- Collector
