The industries carried on in my district were making baskets, and doing forge work, such as making gates and fire-cranes. Woodwork was also carried on such as making barrows and cars. Baskets were made in the district. This is how it was made. The shape of the basket was stuck down in the ground and it was woven with sally rods. The implements that were used for making baskets were sticks and a pocket knife.
Fishing and fowling were carried on in the district and it is also carried on now.
