    The Geese in the Bog
    My grandmother gave me a sort of a job,
    Minding her geese on the verge of the bog.
    I plucked the old gander he gave me a prod.
    To the devil I pitched all the geese in the bog.
    My old grandmother lived to be over four score.
    Only that she died she would live as long more.
    Sure one night about two her breath it did stop.
    And she beckoned at me to take care of her shop.
