  1. There are four grave yard in this parish, Nohoval, O'Brennan, Bally McElligott, Bally Seedy.
Those grave yards in this parish are very well kept and are very old.
The protestants have a body of men to keep up their grave yards known as the church body.
There is a protestant church in Bally McElligott and Bally Seedy graveyard and the catholics are buried there also.
O'Brennan is a very old grave-yard. It contains no ruins of either monastery or Church. There is a belief or superstition which always proves true that three funerals go to O'Brennan within a space of three days of one another.
Nohoval is also [?] grave-yeard. There is a ruin of an old Church in this one. there are no protestants buried either in O'Brennans or Nohoval. They are both kept in order by the voluntary aid of the parishioners.
