    (3.) Also are wed by hand.
    In Autumn the potatoes are dug. The potato are put into a pit about a foot deep and are covered with rushes and briars.
    There are different kinds of potatoes such as : - Arann Banners, Blues, Kerspinks, Champions and Flounders.
    The Champions are the best for the table and Flounders are the new or early potatoes.
