    Puddings are made from blood, spice, oaten meal and pepper. When the puddings are stuffed they should be boiled for two hours.
    When people have the cold the mull porter to cure them. The old people always reddened the tongs and put it in the porter. Now they only warm it and then they say it is mulled.
