    you go to anyone to borrow any implement you would not get it because they say you would take away their luck.
    Any place where there are more than one family going to the one well they get up on the 1st May early to see who will have the first gallon of water out of the well because this is considered lucky. On a New Year's day it is considered unlucky to give out money.
