    Water is poured in during churning as the milk has to be brought to a certain heat.
    A story is told of a man who went into a house while the woman was churning and he did not take the dash. When she was finished she had no butter. She acused the man of taking it.
    So she could not be pacified and she told the priest about him stealing the butter. The priest told her that the man had nothing to do with it and that the milk was not fit for
