  1. There are many tailors in the district namely:- Mr. P. Hanly, Cudville, Mr. T. Mac Donnell, St. Joseph's Park, Mr. Hegarty, Dublin Road, Mr. Ryan, Connolly St., Mr. Condon, Kenyon St., Mr. Starr, Mitchel St., Mr. Sheridan, and Mr. Noonan of Sarsfield St.
    When a new apprentice comes the tailors press a board across their legs and sit on it until they become flat. All tailors sit on the floor with their legs crossed when they are working.
    The implements that the tailor uses are, a needle and thread, a sewing machine, chalk, tape measure, ironing board, scissors. He uses a note book for taking
