In Robert Hillard farm of Creggan there is a rock called Glenscolib. A long time ago there was a man put into a barrel naked and long nails were driven in round the barrel and he was buried a the foot of the rock. This is the story in connection with this rock. There is a bush on a field belonging to Mosey McClean in Creggan called the Gentery bush. The people in olden times said that they saw fairies about it, and that is how it got its name.
