  1. Long, long ago there lived on the farm of Rushfield an old Dane named Hock-eye. He had a lot of gold. When he was hunted out of Ireland he put it into a foal's skin and buried it in a field called the Horse Park. It has still the same name and is owned by a Mr. O'Donnell. The neighbours often searched for it but no one has ever unearthed it.
