   There lived in Glenagivney, Moville, a poet whose name was William Mc Henry. When he was about thirty years of age he went away to Austrilia. He stayed there for along time. When he came back home he composed this song. He gave it the name of "Glenean Hill". Some of his relatives are there still. He was eighty years old when he died. He is buried in Ballinacrea graveyard, Moville. This was his only poem. He could read and write quiet well.
   A last farewell to my native country,
   Its heath clad mountains and rugged shore,
   Its deep silent Glen and still running fountains,
   Alas I night never see thee more.
   Through many years and far I've wandered
   My life first longing were still of thee
   And in foreign lands fond memories pondered
   With thoughts and wishes for your liberty.

   II
   Youths bright morning in Glenagivney,
   Did pass so plesant with-out care or fear,
   Loyal comrades and recreation
   Mirth and pastime life path to cheer,
   Till wayward fate and fickle fortune,
   Caused me to wander on a foreign strand,
   To fair America that land of freedom,
