    of the way, but the soldiers followed quickly.
    The Blessed Virgin happened to look back and she saw the soldiers coming. They had to pass some caves on the way, and Joseph decided to go into one of them.
    When they were gone in, a spider wove his web across the entrance. The soldiers searched the caves, but when they saw the web, they said the Holy Family had not gone in there at all, because if they had, the web would have been broken. That is the reason why people do not kill the spider.
