    I heard that every one that came to the grave left a stone over it. There is a big heap of stones to be seen there. There are grass, and moss growing round the place now.

  2. There are not many crosses or standing stones in this district. There are two or three of which I heard.
    There is a stone with an ornamented design on it in the wall of our out-house. The design is like a crow's foot. I never heard any local tradition connected with this stone.
