    The farm animals are, cattle, sheep, pigs, horses and asses.
    The people in this district call the cow-house the cabin. The bedding that have in the cabbins is straw. They tie the cows with chains. They call the chains ceannase. If a person gave a bad eye to anything it would die and that is why the people say God Bless her or him to an animal when they talk about it.
    When calling the cow they say "pwoh pwoh", they call the calves by saying "bet bet" and they call the sheep by saying "chov chov," the pig by saying "furish furish", and the horse "pre pre."
    The Birds
    When calling the hen "tiocaidh tiocaidh" the duck is called by saying "wheet wheet" the turkey by saying "bíb bíb" and the goose is called "beaduigh beaduigh".
