    Churning
    I have a churn at home it is very nice and it is painted green. It is about three foot tall. It is one and a half feet wide at the bottom and fourteen inches wide at the top. It is fourteen years old.
    The different parts are called the hoops, the lid, the caisheen, the dash, and the jogglar. Butter is made once a week in Summer and every twenty days in Winter.
    It is my Mother that makes the churning and the hand hold helps her. If a stranger happens to come in during the churning they help to make because it is said
