  1. Once upon a time about a hundred years ago there lived an old man in Carrnaglough. He was very poor and he lived in a small patch of land. He made his living by earning wages. He generally worked for two men, the first three days for one man. There happened to be a great bank robbed. The robbers got away and were pursued by the Revenue and crossed the farm that the old man worked on. The revenue were close up. The robbers left the treasure at the bottom of a stone fence and pulled the fence down over it and went off in different directions.
    When the old man came to work on Monday morning his first job was to make up the fence he did so and got the treasure
