    Pat Flannery is very good at making a frieze-coat and a coat called a "frock coat". People come a long distance with frieze to him, to make over-cats. The people used to get him to make "body-tail coats". There is none of them worn now: they are gone with the times.
    Spinning is also going to be a thing of the past, although almost in every house there is a spinning wheel, but very seldom they are used. The loom is very little used, although the cloth that replaced the frieze is not as good. The people have got into the habit of weaving lighter clothes.
